What this means for you

Fewer loose ends.
More informed decisions.

Useful details and a clear point of contact, through the parts that matter.

  • Choose with context

Review services, experience, work areas and photos. Shortlist up to three contractors per service, or ask your coordinator to choose.

  • One person to reach

Your coordinator manages contact with contractors, joins the site visit and follows up on the project. Contact details stay private.

  • Know the agreed scope

Review measured quantities, labour rates, optional extras and stages. Material responsibility is recorded separately.

  • Keep approval in your hands

Check photo proof against the agreed work. Approve the stage or request changes through your coordinator.

The details stay together

Less remembering.
More written down.

Useful details and a clear point of contact, through the parts that matter.

  • Site visit report and measurements
  • Itemised proposal and separate agreements
  • Stage photos, feedback and approvals
  • Payment records entered by your coordinator
Meet your next chapter

Clear about the checks.
Clear about your control.

Good decisions need an honest picture of what the process does.

What does an ID-check badge mean?

It records a completed identity check. It is not a guarantee of workmanship. Review the contractor’s experience, work photos and proposed scope too.

Can a stage be approved without me?

No. Stages are never approved automatically. You review the stage photos, then approve the work or ask for changes through your coordinator.

Do I have to choose every contractor myself?

No. You can shortlist up to three contractors per service and choose yourself, or ask your coordinator to choose for you.

Not just listed. Looked into.

Trust the process.
Not just the word.

This market has always run on personal recommendation, because there was never anything else to go on. ThekeYaar builds the something else.
