We know what a home takes.
And what it means.
Built on a family’s construction experience, ThekeYaar brings people, plans
and progress together for homeowners in Delhi NCR.
From the site.
For your side.
Pick a service and locality. Shortlist up to three contractors per service, or ask your coordinator to choose.
Delhi NCR
- Every home begins with people.
A familiar problem.
A personal reason to solve it.
Homes, villas and farmhouses taught our construction family where projects become difficult: scattered information, unclear scope and too many people to chase.
Our founder’s experience in banking brought a fresh perspective to that familiar world. ThekeYaar brings the two together, pairing practical construction knowledge with a more organised experience.
A specialist for the work. A coordinator for the journey. You, involved in the decisions.
Small principles.
A better everyday experience.
Clarity before commitment
Written scope, measured quantities and an agreed stage plan help everyone start on the same page.
People you can understand
Service experience, work photos and recorded checks give you useful context before choosing a contractor.
Support that stays involved
Your coordinator connects the conversations, visits and follow-ups, while approvals stay with you.
Different expertise. One shared plan.
- Specialists do the workChoose contractors by trade, experience and fit for your project.
- Coordinators connect the detailsOne point of contact for site visits, proposals and progress.
- Homeowners make the decisionsYour coordinator connects the conversations, visits and follow-ups, while approvals stay with you.
A small fix or a bigger plan.
We’re here for the next step.

“Home construction comes with so many small decisions. Having someone to guide you and help find the right contractors makes the whole process feel less stressful.”

Kunwar Nayak@kunwar_2923Honestly, managing so many contractors during my home construction was a headache. Having a coordinator from ThekeYaar made things a lot easier. I didn’t have to keep calling different people and following up on everything myself. Having one person to coordinate with was a big relief.
Uday Kiran Mudavath@Uday_mud2I needed a plumber at home and found suitable options. It saved me the trouble of asking everyone for contacts and calling random numbers.
Neetika Rawat@neetika242Booked full house deep cleaning. Polite and professional team. Every corner of my house was cleaned properly. Best service!
Prateek Sharma@Pratik_007Recently moved to a new apartment and got wooden flooring installed by ThekeYaar. The installation was neat, the finishing was good, and the team was polite and professional. Happy with the service!
Shashank Sharma@shashank_shrma9Building a house means dealing with different contractors, and finding reliable people isn’t easy. ThekeYaar helped me find options for different construction services without having to rely only on random suggestions from friends and family.
Shruti Srivastav@shrutisrivas_139I was looking for professionals for a few different jobs around my house when a friend suggested ThekeYaar. I liked that I could either choose contractors based on my preferences or opt for a coordinator to handle the hassle of managing everything.
Dhruv Kumar@dhruvkum_4What I liked about ThekeYaar is that it covers so many different home and construction requirements. Whether you need a plumber, electrician, painter, carpenter or other contractor, you can search for different services on the same platform.
Ankit Narang@ankit_009Finding contractors for home construction is a hassle. ThekeYaar made it easier to find different service providers in one place.
