Your coordinator manages all contact. Client and contractor contact details stay private, and project questions go through your coordinator.
When will I know the project price?
After the site visit. Measurements determine an itemised proposal; tax and the final payable amount are confirmed separately.
What should I include in my enquiry?
The work you have in mind, where the property is, and any questions or timing you already know. A few lines is enough.
Can you confirm a completion date now?
Not before the site visit. Timing depends on the measured scope and the agreed stages, which come with your proposal.
