What you could work on
- Be the homeowner's main point of contact during their project.
- Share updates on progress, payments and next steps in plain language.
- Raise issues early with the project team and follow them to a close.
What you could bring
- Experience in customer support, operations or coordination.
- An organised way of working and good written updates.
- Calm, helpful communication in Hindi and English.
